The goal of this campaign was to increase the company's sales by promoting the use of the drive-thru service. To improve the customer experience, a unique proposal was presented: if an order was not delivered within 30 seconds, the customer would receive a complimentary Big Mac as compensation. In addition to this customer-oriented action, the campaign included several actions for employees, such as workshops and gamification training, all aimed at improving the drive-thru service and ensuring its efficiency.
