In addition, an internal campaign, using the hashtag #usemeuvivo, was conducted to promote employee and partner engagement. Using playful content, the campaign effectively communicated the launch of the Meu Vivo app. Through a combination of rewards and training, the campaign revolved around the concept of "share to win", encouraging customers to actively participate and share their experiences.
